ABi's Faith in Business programme recently supported  a Maximum Impact Simulcast  in London, entitled "The Influential Leader: Unleashing Power in People"  A galaxy of  world-class business leaders and trainers addressed the gathering through web casting. The black Christian community is the most effective and well organised and influential sector of the African and the African Caribbean communities. Some estimates reveal that there are over 3000 black majority churches throughout the UK with 300,000 adherents. Pastor Kofi Banful from Praise Chapel, Mill House in Edgware plays a pivotal leadership role among the Christian community in the area. He speaks on the imapact of the Faith in Business Programme.

Faith in Business encourages, nurtures and sustains entrepreneurship within the African & Caribbean community by reaching them through the Black Majority Churches. It delivers business support from a Christian perspective buying into the faith values and principles of the target community.

Many people have a dream to start their own business, says Pastor Paul Naughton. However, the lack of mentoring, funds and encouragement to do so is more obvious in some communities than others. Faith in Business is helping to redress that imbalance.
